Even though the days of fire platform trucks are long gone, the heads of many creative people from the media industry and the start-up scene are smoking here. Also on the same wavelength as Köpenicker Strasse: numerous trendy clubs that further increase the attractiveness of the area.

The Old Fire Station (Alte Feuerwache) is located in the immediate vicinity of the Spree river on the border between the Mitte and Kreuzberg districts. The listed four-storey building belongs to the Mediaspree region, on the other side of the street is the German Architecture Centre (DAZ).

The Old Fire Station has recently been extensively renovated, underlining the charm of the historic architecture. The approx. 1,500 m² property has a total rental area of 2,600 m². By the way, the spark has long jumped over to us, too: The Streletzki Group has been based here for several years now.
