Julian Streletzki, Managing Director
Ekkehard Streletzki set up the company Group at the end of the 1980s. His successful projects include the internationally renowned Estrel Hotel Berlin. Since 2007, the focus of the Streletzki Group, under the leadership of managing partner Julian Streletzki, has been the development, construction and marketing of residential and commercial properties. To date, real estate projects with a total project volume of over 650 million euros have been realised.

With the B:HUB, which is currently under construction, as a spectacular conclusion to the mediaspree district, a further milestone has been reached: trade, tech companies and start-ups will soon find their creative home at the hub between Friedrichshain and Kreuzberg.
