The architecture of the renowned Maske + Suhren firm responds to the significant urban location with striking objectivity. Clear forms, glass, and rounded corners set the tone. The dominant element of the façade design is travertine, a light-colored limestone with an open-pored structure that combines naturalness with a high-quality, purist appearance. As an indestructible building material, it ensures that AXIS Offices will continue to exude its stylish effect for decades to come.

On the ground floor, with its two levels, shops and restaurants contribute to the liveliness of the location. AXIS, a commercial and office building owned by the Streletzki Group with more than 11,000 m² of rental space and a height of 32 meters over seven full floors, provides the perfect environment for ideas, interaction, and efficiency.
